We would like to begin by sharing our thoughts to anyone affected by the Coronavirus situation. In response to the UK Government measures taken yesterday, we have made a few adjustments in the way we operate.
Online orders & delivery times
Given the current circumstances, and ever-changing situation, we are doing our very best to ensure that your order is processed as speedily as possible. However, we have been advised by all suppliers that they cannot provide us with any tracking information or general updates; this obviously means we are therefore unable to pass any information on to you. We appreciate this is extremely frustrating and apologise for any inconvenience caused and kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.
At present, we have been advised of the following delivery lead times:
- Sanderson and Zoffany 2-3 working days approximately
- Farrow & Ball 10-14 working days approximately
- Little Greene and Paint & Paper Library usually 7-10 working days approximately
- Mylands 5-7 working days approximately
- Designers Guild 21 working days approximately

If we receive any tracking information, we will pass this onto you straight away.

Rickmansworth shop closed
To minimise contagion risks, our Rickmansworth shop will remain closed until further notice.
Every member of staff able to work from home is currently doing so; this includes our sales team, customer support and IT. We are able to take phone calls and respond to emails in the normal way. Please continue to send quote requests, sample requests and measure requests etc.
Production, installation and deliveries
Our production is still running and our installations team is carrying out installations as normal, whenever possible. Our team are taking the necessary social distancing and hygiene precautions.
These are challenging times for all of us, and we thank you for your support during this time. We will do our best to ensure the continuity of our services. We are continuing to follow all government advice and in the event that further changes occur, we will keep you fully up to date.
