As we do our best to guarantee that our items leave in the best possible conditions, we do not accept returns nor do we issue refunds on any order as we’re not responsible for the conditions that the product arrives in. We cannot accept returns on any paints. If you need support with your order, we recommend that you contact us via our contact page.

Paints are considered bespoke products as they are mixed to order, we are therefore unable to accept any exchanges, returns nor do we issue refunds on paint orders.
