Floribunda is the most vibrant of Annie Sloan's RHS Decoupage Papers. These vivid blooms are a montage of the works of various painters, particularly Caroline Maria Applebee (1799) and Graham Stuart Thomas (1909-2003). Annie arranged different stems to form this alluring bouquet, set off by Napoleonic Blue Chalk Paint™ or Annie Sloan Wall Paint. Caroline was from a wealthy middle-class family that owned greenhouses, giving her access to the plants she painted. Graham, meanwhile, was an advisor to the National Trust in the mid-1950s and received an OBE for horticulture, roses, writing, and art in 1975.
